All Jump Digital programmes are delivered digitally via our online learning platform.
Access is provided for 12 months from the date of enrolment following a one-off payment.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
- You have not accessed a significant portion of the course content; and
- You have not downloaded substantial course materials; and
- You submit your request in writing within 14 days of purchase.
If significant course access or material consumption has occurred, refunds may be refused.
After 14 Days
Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase are not eligible for a refund.

Access Issues
If you experience technical issues accessing the programme, please contact us immediately at:
We will make every reasonable effort to resolve access issues promptly.
Technical difficulties do not automatically qualify for a refund if access can be successfully restored.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same course more than once, please contact us within 7 days and we will resolve this.
Team / Organisational Purchases
Refund terms for multi-seat or organisational purchases may differ and will be confirmed in writing at the point of agreement.
